Historical Note: Dr. Thomas M. Bushnell was a retired professor of Agronomy at Purdue University and died at Lafayette, Indiana, January 20, 1976. He was born in Monticello, Indiana, April 5, 1889. He received a B.S. in Agronomy from Purdue in 1912.
