Ray Anne Shrader is a long time faculty member in the Department of Physical Education for Women [now Health and Kinesiology]. She talks about her experience as faculty advisor for students and department changes when the Department of Physical Education for Men and Physical Education for Women combined in July 1976. She also discusses the effects of Title IX at Purdue in the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics.
