Biographical Note
Lowell B. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 1957 and his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue in 1959. He was an instructor of Structural Engineering at Purdue. He won the distinguished alumni of the School of Civil Engineering award in 1984.
