Scope and Contents: The papers of Purdue Professor Emerita Cleo Fitzsimmons, who joined the Purdue faculty in 1946 as head of the Department of Home Management. Fitzsimmons is credited with introducing the field of family economics into the college that is now known as Consumer and Family Sciences. She retired in 1968.
