Biographical Note for Hippensteel, Benjamin F. : Benjamin F. Hippensteel was the uncle of Purdue alum, Ross W. Hippensteel. Benjamin served in the army during World War I and later worked as an engineer for the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company.
